RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• The item must be unworn and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original gift box
• Personalized / engraved items cannot be returned unless defective

To start a return, hello@halopuraperla.com with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions within 1 business day.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
