How long does shipping take?
We dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days depending on your location. See our Shipping page for full details by country.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and most countries worldwide. Shipping is always free.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for the first update to appear.
PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
Are the crystals and pearls natural?
Yes — always. We use genuine natural healing crystals (untreated or minimally treated) and real freshwater pearls. We do not use synthetic stones or shell pearls.
What size bracelet should I order?
Each bracelet listing includes a size guide:
S — fits wrists up to 5.5" (14 cm)
M — fits wrists 5.5"–6" (14–15.2 cm)
L — fits wrists 6"–6.5" (15.2–16.5 cm)
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you're unsure, feel free to email us before ordering.
Is the silver solid or plated?
All our silver components are 925 sterling silver — solid, not plated. 925 sterling silver is the industry standard for fine jewelry.
The elastic bracelets — will the elastic stretch out?
We use a premium elastic cord. With normal daily wear it will maintain its shape well. We recommend removing bracelets before bathing or swimming to extend their lifespan.
ENGRAVING
Which pieces offer engraving?
Select bracelets and necklaces with a sterling silver charm plate can be personalized with engraving for an additional $4. The option will appear on the product page if available.
What can I engrave?
Up to a short word, name, date, or initials — typically 8–12 characters depending on the piece. We'll confirm if your text doesn't fit before proceeding.
Can I return an engraved item?
Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

I received the wrong item / my item arrived damaged.
We're sorry — please email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
